What commission does SiamEPOS take on bookings and orders?

None. Zero commission on every table booking and every takeaway order, forever. You pay one flat monthly fee. OpenTable charges per cover and Just Eat takes a percentage of each order — SiamEPOS takes neither. Card processing is handled by Stripe at their standard rate, paid directly to you; SiamEPOS never holds your money.

What is the difference between EPOS and POS?

They mean the same thing. POS stands for "point of sale" and is the common term worldwide; EPOS means "electronic point of sale" and is the term used most often in the UK. SiamEPOS is both — a till, and the whole system behind it.

What hardware do I need?

Can I move my menu and customer data from my old system?

Yes, and we do it for you. Send us your current menu in any form — a spreadsheet, a PDF, even a photo of your printed menu — and our AI menu scanner builds it into SiamEPOS. Customer records and booking history can be imported from a CSV export. There is no charge for migration.

No. SiamEPOS Pro is for restaurants, SiamSpa is for Thai spas and massage shops, and SiamShop is for Thai supermarkets and grocers. They share the same core, the same Thai-speaking support, and the same zero-commission promise.
